    cozy stay with friendly staff

    So, I stayed here for 3 nights and it was chill. The staff was super nice, they treated us with some yummy traditional desserts on Christmas Eve. The room was a bit cramped, but it was clean. The food was good-breakfast hit the spot! Just wish the sound insulation was better. Could hear some noise at night.

    The location offered was marvellous and perfect really close to a lively area filled with restaurants and shops, Zona Rosa, and great restaurants and bars. A wide array of meals for breakfast, it was excellent.

    Appreciated having outstanding breakfast.

    Booked a room with a good view. A shower, a hairdryer and terry cloth robes was a plus. The hotel was in a marvellous location, right at an office building. The service was all in all helpful. Amazing friendly and excellent staff, provided useful info.

    I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of tasty options. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I loved the quirky decor and the rooftop bar had a fantastic atmosphere. I will definitely return 🎉

    I loved the vibrant design of Click Clack Hotel. It felt modern and fresh. The location near Parque 93 was ideal for exploring, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The variety and quality of food were excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . The room was quite small was nice. The bed was against the wall, awkward at times. I had some trouble with the check-out process. It took longer than necessary as they insisted on examining the room. I felt rushed and frustrated. The absence of a mini-bar in my suite was disappointing. Fabulous vibes but some service hiccups. I would consider staying again if improvements are made.

    Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and a lovely bar area. The staff were kind to my elderly parents , and they made sure I felt secure as a solo traveler. I'm coming back for a holiday!

    The location next to Parque 93 is perfect for both business and leisure, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The staff were great. Laura at reception was particularly helpful during my check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered a good variety, including freshly baked items. The rooftop bar provided a great ambiance along with fine views.

    Walls in the building are noticeably thin, allowing sounds from the rooftop music to disrupt my sleep. I had an early departure and requested a bagged breakfast, but it wasn't provided, leaving me without a proper meal before heading out.

    Our experience was elevated by the really good staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival. The mini fridge stocked with snacks was a lovely surprise! Don't miss dining at their on-site restaurant. The food was great. Pro tip, Engage with the staff for local tips-they really enhance your stay!

    The staff were great even finding us a vase for some flowers we bought and the breakfast was just amazing we never got tired of it in our six days here

    The architecture and unique vibe impressed us . Free drinks and healthy snacks in the fridge added a nice touch to our experience.
